PAYMENTS

Payments and/or deposits are a commitment to proceed and are not refundable if the sale is cancelled. Full payment is due on completion when goods are ready for pick-up or delivery.

 

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind. Many goods, including custom-made goods, are non-refundable unless a warranty or guarantee is breached. Where returns are possible, customers may be required to pay for any loss we incur as a result — e.g. handling/transport costs or any restocking fee charged by our supplier.

 

COLLECTION

If goods are being collected, please do so within 14 Days after we inform you that they are ready.

  • If you do not, and no arrangements have been made with Brisbane Fireplace & Heating for late collection, we will assume you have cancelled your order.
  • This means we may re-sell the goods, and you may forfeit any deposit or payment you have made.
  • We may need to verify your identity upon collection.

 

DELIVERY

Deliveries of heavy and/or bulky goods (if included) are to the footpath only. If the carrier needs to return to an address, this will incur an additional cost.

To avoid any possible warranty issues:

  • If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging on arrival, write “damaged” instead of signing for the delivery. This will make returning the product much simpler.
  • Ensure you check your order within 48 hours of receipt to confirm everything is correct and in good condition.

 

WARRANTY

Warranty is provided as per the manufacturer’s offer and in accordance with applicable government legislation.
